Mount Escapes

Description: Like the shrimping movement, this uses your legs to capture the foot and make it easier to get to half guard/lock down.

Position: On bottom, being mounted
Description: Remember to buck then roll. Common mistake is just to roll side ways. You must buck them to get their center of gravity high before the roll.
