The Pentagram

The Pentagram Choke: There has been a lot of discussion about this technique and its application. We came up with this because the Rear Naked Choke can, at times, be defended easily. Now, we are not taking away the importance of the RNC, but the pentagram is great alternative. We will be including an in in depth look at this technique on our new DVD "LIGHTS OUT", which will include tricks and tips on how to pull it off easily.

Contrary to what most people think, it's rather easy to pull off. It just takes some time getting use to movement.
